BeYourBody Academy trains professionals in the Grinberg Method®, capable of guiding their clients through learning processes based on body attention. From the very first weeks, students learn how to individually teach others to interrupt limiting habits and support the body’s natural rebalancing — restoring energy, freedom, and adaptability.

— Contents of the 3-year course
By the end of the first year, you will be able to guide clients through a foundational process. You will teach them how to bring attention to the body, connect their experiences in the session room to their everyday life, interrupt automatic breathing patterns, transform pain, and let fear flow naturally — all in the service of reaching personal goals.
Once certified after the first year, you are already authorized to practice professionally as a Level 1 Practitioner!
Skills you will gain
The basics of assessment: how to read clients’ behavioral patterns and physical symptoms through foot analysis
Over 30 footwork techniques to influence the client’s body and experience
At the end of the second year, you’ll be able to lead clients through longer, deeper, and more complex processes. You’ll teach them how to stop what they no longer want in their lives — including recurring emotional states and the impact of old traumas.
To do so, you’ll be asked to personally not interfere with your own fear or pain when they emerge.
Perceive the client through the body — without mental interference — using the ability to feel fear and not know
After three years, you will have acquired the skills to lead a complete learning process using the Grinberg Method®. You’ll be able to follow a client’s development through individual training programs and guide them in making connections between what they learn in the process and the specific life situations they’re working on.
Deepen your ability to think with the body and describe reality rather than interpret it — developing your own perseverance and discipline as a professional
We are here to listen and support you on your journey.
