At the heart of our work lies the need to become authentic: every practitioner improves as they become more fully themselves. And so do we.
There are two of us, and we’re different: in background, inclinations, and qualities. From this diversity comes our strength: practicing the same methodology with qualities that are as distinct as they are complementary is our signature style.
We chose to build this school together and to share the teaching, showing our students that doing this work doesn’t require following fixed rules, but rather becoming more and more who you truly are.
Training trust and courage, overcoming limits and defenses to access one’s own potential, is the very path we ask them to walk.

Paola Giraudo
— Grinberg Method® senior professional and teacher
She lives and works in Rome, where she continues her practice as a trainer and practitioner.
She began her journey with the Grinberg Method® in 2004 and has never stopped learning since. In 2005, it became her sole profession — a choice made with passion and dedication.
She is tireless when it comes to work, generous in listening, and deeply attentive to detail. She loves precision and depth, never holds back, and rarely settles.
To find balance, she needs the sea — her place to recharge and be inspired. She believes in sharing and collaboration as tools for growth.
She can be professional and composed… but just turn on some music, and all that discipline fades away.
She teaches mainly in Italian and English, and also speaks Spanish and French.
